One of the most tried and tested diets, Keto is a new thing. I have tried it once, and now I am giving it a shot again. Earlier it showed results, but I was not that consistent with it because I was feeling week and I could not lift heavy with this diet. But now I am determined to follow it religiously. I will be following it with Intermittent Fasting(IMF).
So all-in-all, I am risking my muscle mass for the sake of losing fat. Currently I don’t have any biological parameters to share (which I will share soon), but I am not aware of my muscle mass or ketone level.
About me
I am a regular guy working out from last seven or eight years with 2-3 years of hardcore dedication which involved losing fat and gaining muscle mass. Rest of the years were just to inhibit weight loss. I am a endomorph. I started gaining weight since 6th standard and kept on gaining it till 12th Standard. At that time, I was 5’8ish with 103kgs.
After going to college, I felt like losing the extra mass, then in about 8 months I lost about 20 kg. That was a lot of weight reduction for me.
Today, I am sitting on my 108 kg of ass with little bit of perceivable muscle mass, but lot of which is covered under unnecessary fat.
I will be continuing with Keto diet till March 5th and will post a picture on last day if there are any changes.
